One-on-one counseling to develop a 100% personalized plan for your lifestyle, preferences, and tastes. This is combined with expert coaching, guidance, and compliance monitoring to get you to your goal and help you stay there for good.
A thorough review of a clients medical history including a review of current medication regimen is completed at the first visit. We use our obesity medicine training and input from our clients to make a decision regarding the most safe and effective medicine to assist our clients toward their weight and wellness goals.
Physical Activity Programs
Clients are introduced to the different types of exercise, and the type and duration of exercise recommended for weight loss and weight maintenance.
A laboratory panel is completed to assess for vitamin and hormone deficiencies, as well as assessing lipids, blood chemistry and blood hematology. Progress pictures are frequently taken so patients can have a visual representation of their weight loss.
Behavior modification techniques are discussed to help clients get in touch with their eating habits in order to make changes that lead to permanent weight loss.
3D Body Composition
State of the art body composition scanning is completed on the first visit and is monitored throughout the program to assess not only weight, but other important aspect including body measurements, body fat, lean muscle mass, and basal metabolic rate.
We also offer these additional services, tailored to your personal needs.
This innovative 3D Body scanner captures a 3D, 360 degree image of your body and extracts the most commonly used measurements to track fitness progress.
