8

How much weight will I lose?

Many factors impact the rate of weight loss. Weight is a crude measure that says nothing about body composition, fat loss, lean muscle gain, or bone mass as you go through your journey. It won’t help you identify what is REALLY going on, or help you meet long term wellness goals. We use cutting edge technology to help us identify the areas of body composition that need improving so we can tailor the program to what your body needs. This is more important than your weight on a scale.
